For those non-Brits who don't quite get the joke, here's a link to the word cack, which may shed some light on it.

This goes down quite nicely with Amok Construction Works also found in Ghana, and The House of Hung Jewellers in Singapore.

Just as Amok Construction Works will probably not run amok, and the House of Hung Jewellers probably don't have Jewellers that are...well endowed (not that I would know or anything), I'm guessing the pharmacy isn't actually cack. There seemed to be people in there, quite a few actually, so it couldn't have been that bad.
